LESS NOISE, LOWER FEES

Airline companies must pay for the use of the runways at Brussels Airport. The amount depends, among other things, on the noise performance of the aircraft which provides a financial incentive for airlines to acquire ever quieter aircraft. And that incentive is beginning to bear fruit.

SUSTAINABLE INNOVATION

Good news for the airport, the local residents and the environment: TUI fly is expanding its fleet with 4 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft.

Thanks to its new engine and extremely aerodynamic design, the latest model from the American aircraft manufacturer Boeing emits 14% less CO2 and makes 40% less noise.

Quieter aircraft are a great benefit for our airport. TUI fly is a good example.
